President Jason called the Meeting to order. The Welcome Song followed. The Patriotic Song was sung and the Pledge of Allegiance said. The Invocation:
“As we gather here today at The Whitby Castle, we thank you for your service, fellowship and safety. May your goodness and love be present amongst us today. Amen”

DG Lora Hugelmeyer gave a special report on the District. She spoke of the fundraisers efforts over the years: For the Rye Rotary Club, we have had Citrus Sales and Pie Sales. For the Rye Rotary Foundation, we have had Golf Outings, District Fund Campaign, Wine Tastings, African Art Auction, Polio Plus Campaigns, and Crazy Legs Event.
She spoke of the Projects and Grants which include:

There was a discussion of strategic initiatives and fundraising and grants using both Rye Rotary entities, Rye Rotary Club and Rye Rotary Foundation.
